    Ordered a McCrispy (Plain) via McdeliveryReceived as fully loaded with lettuce and mayo. Also found it was a McSpicy in the bun.Label on the side of the box states McCrispy Plain times in a row this has happened when ordering McCripy’s. I feel staff need training on how to read Spicy and Crispy!Also ordered double Cheese burger that was delivered, looking like its had a round with Mile Tyson.Called customer support who did give me a refund. However, all i wanted was a replacement meal. I’m hungry after a full day at work and not had chance to get anything in normal food wise due to work commitments.After checking the refund email, i found out they have refunded me the wrong item (less value item)Boy was i wrong putting my trust in Heckmondwike Mcdonalds!Phone number for restaurant is constantly engaged.

    When I was going to order my meal some one else bumped into us and also the staff are very rude at window and never ask of you want any sauces and the food is alright although the fries are cold and the filet o fish has a taste like vinegar do not reccomendParking: Parking is ridiculous no spots to park and people try breaking your car
